Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, tb77 requires completion of the KYC verification process. tb77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank online transfer, BRAC Bank internet banking, Islami Bank online banking, Sonali Bank online transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional verification requirements in accordance with tb77's anti-money laundering procedures.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Real Money Balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two hours to be reflected in your Account. tb77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tb77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, and any resulting currency conversion costs are borne by the Player.
Important: Only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your tb77 Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests made prior to the completion of verification will be placed on hold until the verification process is finalised. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This requirement exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. If the original deposit method is no longer available, you must contact support to discuss alternative arrangements, which will be subject to additional verification.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. tb77 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the fastest timeframe that its fraud and compliance procedures permit.
Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. tb77 reserves the right to cancel withdrawal requests and return funds to the Real Money Balance if it determines that wagering requirements have not been completed at the time of the request.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tb77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports betting wagers contribute 100% on selections with odds of 1.50 or greater.
tb77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using a bonus in conjunction with wagering strategies designed to reduce risk below the threshold required to qualify for withdrawal; colluding with other players; and using automated betting software or bots. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended or permanently closed.
Bonus funds that have not been used or wagered within the timeframe specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to check the expiry terms applicable to any bonus before accepting it.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session or betting transaction, the outcome of any affected round or bet will be determined in accordance with tb77's technical failure policy. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected bet or game round will be voided and any staked funds returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Platform and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's Real Money Balance will be held by tb77 until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining may be forfeited in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus balances are always forfeited upon Account closure for cause.

Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the completion of any pending transactions will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the successful completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
